What’s the faster time so far I’ve gotten 1:56:32

I got 1hr 58min and 10s in a New game plus I was trying to go for the under 3hr achievement

im going 1:49 actually but I try the day to 1:40hr

I’m 1:41 looks like NG+ is going to be on fire

Just got myself a NG+ 1:41 aswell cant wait to see how fast this game goes

As someone new in the RE Speedrunning and interested in running RE8, I have a question:

I started a new run in NG+ and realized that I have all the items that were with me at the end of the first run. Was that the same thing on the other RE games?

If that's the case, what are the rules for the NG+, since every player will have different equipment by the start?

It’s different in some Re games, we will know the rules when the leaderboards be open on may 28th

I'm working on a NG Casual speedrun route, I've only attempted it once and I got a time of 2:37, I'll certainly be working on times and better routing to try to be competitive with the NG+ category, if anyone would like to help or know the route just get ahold of me and I'll help.

Knife NG+ (Casual ) 2hrs and 3 seconds, I was trying different strats so i wasted some time and restarted like 3 times.

On NG I just got 2:20 but obviously has a lot of time save

Got a 2:27 on NG. The most obvious things I can do: 1) Learn better where are the most valuable Lei spots and where to get the ammo and 2) optimize my ammo usage (haven't even crafted a single item on the run and got an achievement for it lol).

All in all, I'm very happy because aside from the kinda boring 10 initial minutes, the run is very dinamic and fun to do. I can see myself doing it for a long time.

Also, all of you who are posting your times, would be nice to know the difficulty. I got the 2:27 on Casual.

3:15:40 here but I have a lot of re-routing to do

I've got 1:58 NG, but best time what I know is 1:53

Just now got the time 1:39:31, i dont know how to improve it even more.

Do you have any notes related on ammo needed for bosses and such?

Are you finishing with a lot of ammo or just enough?
