Is Bullet adjust X5 on Normal allowed? Also is Hard mode with Green Hyper Blaster allowed? In the rules section it says that we can use any NG+ content we prefer, I only wanted to be sure. Thank you for your time.
Yes to both. Bullet Adjust means you only have to pick up the one box on the chair in the school. Hard mode with Green HB is slightly faster but also extremely difficult.
