Im happy to see that someone knows this game lol, but sadly emulators aren’t allowed for reasons as TASing this game will be easy and Really powerful in my opinion, so I’m sorry to announce you to use phone only to run this game.

Is the Windows Store version allowed? If yes, then you won't have to emulate. It's the full game though.

It is allowed, as the windows version is the same as mobile versions.
