not terrific, i dont know how to Bhop or do other skips that could be helpful, no prior attempts that had a timer, everything i did is basic stuff that anyone could do somewhat easily so this could be used as a "guide" for beginners (mod note: removed time spent in container ride)

Reloaded Coop boards!
There are now boards and support for reloaded coop in our speedrunning plugin SAR! All you need to do is update to the latest pre-release (1.13.0pre1) and setup your splits the same way you would a single player run.
