How i get it: I decided to play nfs undercover, but after launching the game and creating a new profile, I realized that I had a game with different modifications (for graphics), they were installed a year ago. Having created a profile, I waited for the cut-scene and at that moment turned off the game, and then reinstalled the game in Steam and launched it again by loading the profile. As a result, instead of the starting car, I got an Audi RS4. I have a save file.

That's because of your graphics mod (I suspect you've installed Remastered mod) messing with preset cars. I'd suggest to start a new savefile on a clean version of the game.
