Timing Clarifications for PC Speedruns: Ensure Proper Use of Load Remover Tool
Due to recent issues with timing runs, the following clarifications have been added to the rules.
While the rules remain unchanged, please note that PC runs that do not properly use the load remover tool can only be accepted as Real-Time Attack (RTA).
