To limit Mouthwashing to 60 FPS with RivaTuner, follow these steps:

1. Go to the link attached and download RivaTuner. Follow the steps to install it and open it (it should appear in your toolbar in the bottom right).

2. Click the green "Add" button in the bottom left and find the Mouthwashing.exe file.

- You can access the Mouthwashing.exe file by clicking "Manage" > "Browse local files" on Steam OR

- You can find it through RivaTuner by going to "SteamLibrary" > "steamapps" > "common" > "Mouthwashing" and clicking the Mouthwashing.exe.

3. After making sure "Mouthwashing.exe" is selected on the left, find "Framerate limit", type in "60", and press enter.

To see if the changes were saved properly, open Mouthwashing and enable FPS from the debug menu in the console. If the number stays at or below 60 FPS, it works.

Here are some methods of capping FPS:

- Limit your monitor's refresh rate to 60 Hz in Settings and play with VSync enabled.

As long as the in-game FPS Display doesn't exceed 60 FPS, your run is valid.
