first input is visible in the frame following 0.170s rta, 0.272s igt (the standard is to start it the frame before visible movement iirc as obviously the movement likely occurred somewhere between frames). i don't know how the rta is greater but i subtracted that from what displayed when the diamond was moved to my inventory, because i was running any% rsg which is timed on world render and if i recall correctly catexts by default including obtain item are timed on first input... but it sure would be nice to have some official information on the timing standards in the minecraft category rules sections on src! i'm not sure if i'm submitting the correct time but obviously you can retime it if i'm wrong, i just figured i'd explain where i got that from in any case
