Here We can se the game said "Your did not go to the finish line" but the finish case is colored like he get to the finish line and the best write is "-" like he never finish the level but I did in 0.43s juste before .

And when he made his "wr", , the game didn't say he beat his record and continue to write the best to "-".

It's a display bug. Developers should consider 0.00 is impossible and decide to defined it like "level not finish"

PS: I discovered this bug because i also made a 0.00 in an other level

I think keeping them at .01 is the best option in my opinion, since it could be a thousandth of a millisecond in the timing but it just doesn't show anything past the hundredth spot. (also I don't think you can submit a time of 0 on the site)

I'd say keeping a standard of .010 being the best time would be good, and if you get this to happen it would be submit as a .010, just to keep the boards consistent on not using the thousandth second section.

yes, as long as it shows that the finish line is hit and it shows that on the screenshot/video that you submit
