There's plenty of room for OP builds and optimal play to push the time much lower, even I can get sub-24 just by using Moon Knight, but this was Storm's time to shine and I'm content with this.

Only Storm's ISOs are shown at the end because everyone else's were shown in the Full Game run that will be up soon. I did Full Game, Story, and Epilogue, in one sitting once I saw how much improvement there was.
