Space Kick - Quick Kick Strat

This is something I discovered midway through one of my runs.
There is a way of continually kicking the ball to gain altitude at a semi-constant rate. You need to draw the line on the top half of the ball. This kicks the ball up, as it should, but is stopped or slowed down by having the boot above the ball after the kick. This will allow you to quick draw another line at a similar area.
This should gain you approx 300 meters per kick, whilst also preventing time loss due to the ball being off-screen.
