Hello! I'm trying to get my livesplit set up so I can speed run this game and the load remover doesnt seem to be working. The one for the first game works fine, but I cant seem to get this one to work. Any Ideas?
IIRC for whatever reason windows 10 updates keep breaking the load removers for the kotor games. This one doesnt get as much action, so probably no one has fixed it since the last time it broke
Ah well then, at least it's not me that is messing up the program which is the usual case. Thanks for the info!
I'm working on a fix now. The issue was probably caused by the 2018-12 cumulative update for windows 1803. Whatever they do for the quarterly updates always breaks the load remover for KotOR 2. I'll make sure the one for KotOR 1 is still working too, just to be sure.
Fix has been implemented and pushed to the server. LiveSplit will automatically download the update. Let me know if it works next time you have time to try.
