Played on ps2 console (model 79001) with fds not enabled.

FDS certainly saves time in this game, but it's a somewhat rare game, so to keep things fair for emulator runners, the community has been choosing to avoid using FDS.

This run is overall quite a bit worse than my last record, but a few days ago I found a massive improvement in the vulture boss fight. You can get onto the wall and attack the boss with your sword, instead of needing to exclusively use the crossbow to hit it. I haven't had a perfect fight yet, but it looks like it saves in the ballpark of 90 seconds.

I'm also trying some faster setups for some tricks, and I do feel like my movement is generally improving. I'd like to aim for a low 47 right now, maybe a 46.
