Things like collecting all the solar cells and runs of individual levels. Or is there not really enough of a player base to justify it?

I've never been very interested in 100% categories so I never bothered to route one, the player base is you and me and whoever has a run on SDA. (I only really pick up the game once a year at this point to improve the record) It's hard for people to get this game since it's not available to buy anywhere these days so growing the player base is pretty difficult. That said if you would like to route 100% feel free to do so.

That’s fair, I’ll let you know if I decide to try doing a 100% run. What about individual levels then?
