implemented tranurz's kill and i'm pretty that if you slide when doing the kill and exploding the barrel you gain a lot of time, run could be improved but i'm happy for now, you're turn ;)

Merge of positive and negative times and RTA ILs
Hello, everyone.
Based on the results of the poll in our discord server, it was decided to merge Positive Times and Negative Times into a single category, IGT. Because of that, a flat minute will be added to all IGT times.
We got another IL category — RTA. It uses the same timing as in full
