To use them, copy them into your HP7.1 folder found in your AppData folder where you installed the game and replace the existing file if you have a save file already. 

An example is below but this may be slightly different if you installed the game to a different drive. "Owner" may be different for you based on the profile on your PC but everything else should be the same.
