Mod edit (Send): Retimed to 37:18, added run to Warps True Timer starts upon launching Gather Intel at 0:14 and ends when you lose control of your character (minimap disappearing) at 37:32.

Just letting yall know that we've given the rules a refresh. They should be a lot clearer now and basically just make official all the stuff we've been doing so far.
