Memento 1

When going for the third firefly, instead of climbing the tower, drop left and you'll find your first Memento.

Memento 21

(This memento the second memento of the first section but you can't unlock it until you have Dive) When going back to the hub after unlocking Yellow, go left and find the memento in the water.

Red

Memento 2

After sliding to the tower and watching the cutscene with the game title, jump down but instead of going right, go left.

Memento 3

In the moving creature, go to the top and slide to catch the memento.

Memento 4

After getting Heavy, go back to the left and break the ground.

Memento 5

Instead of breaking the ground under the bell, go right, jump on the creature, climb the platforms and use the sandstorm to reach the memento platform.

Memento 6

Do the normal puzzling but before taking the firefly, when the platform starts to shift due to your weight, use heavy and go on the opposite direction, climb the windmill while keep jumping and then you can take both memento and firefly.

Memento 7

After breaking the top of the small building to make a path, keep going to the right to take the next memento.

Memento 8

Use Heavy to lower the balloon and climb the stairs quickly to jump on the balloon platform. Continue to the left, use Heavy to create a path and catch the memento.

Green

Memento 9

Do the full puzzle with the trees.

Memento 10

Do a small detour to the left to catch the memento.

Memento 11

When using the red birds to go in the tower, go right, break the red birds' pot and use them to access the memento.

Memento 12

After the two red birds flying in a circle, go left, break the ground, take the memento and break the pot at the left to go back to the top.

Memento 13

During the bird chase, use his scream to fly in the opposite direction and land on the right side where the memento is.

Memento 14

Use the three groups of red birds to go up and left and keep the glide jump to reach the memento.

Blue

Memento 15

Take the top path using the red birds and Heavy to break the ground

Memento 16

Use Heavy on the top-leftmost mushroom to reveal red birds (you see some red particles when jumping on it) and flap to the memento

Memento 17

After learning Dive, go down, then take the right path after the really tall corals.

Memento 18

After taking the bottom-right firefly for the turtle, continue to the left and you will find some red fishes. Head back to the direction of the turtle and take the secret path that leads to the memento.

Memento 19

During the dark section, the second time you're able to go right, go left instead and take the memento.

Memento 20

When using the red birds to solve the second light puzzle, use the birds and cancel the flap with the glide to go right.

Yellow

Memento 22

Climb at the top of the vanishing buildings and wait for it to disappear and use the red birds to reach the top platforms.

Memento 23

In the half circle of water, jump to the left side.

Memento 24

After the first upside-down puzzle on the left side in Yellow, go left instead of right to discover a bridge leading to the memento.

Memento 25

Right after learning Sing, on the left side, sing to the flowers and use the red birds to go on the vanishing platforms.

Memento 26

Further on the left side, just before the puzzle with the 3-3 upside-down giant flowers, drop down and catch the memento by canceling the flap with the glide jump.

Memento 27

On the right side, after the first firefly, take the red birds and go to the right instead of left.

Memento 28

On the way back to the center after taking the second firefly, go on the bottom left path in the water to take the last memento.

Childhood

Now that you have all the mementos, it's time to get the reward! After finishing Yellow, you are back to the hub. Instead of going right to trigger the last boss, go left and enter on the small entrance on the side of the wall. Sing in front of the circles and watch the secret cutscene. Note that if you don't have all the mementos you'll not be able to watch the cutscene. After watching the cutscene and make a small detour to return to the top of the building, you can end the game as you would normally do.
