Patch: Practice Rom Hack - Reverse Order Levels

a simple rom hack that start the game at level 6 and goes to the previous level after beating it.
I think it helps better to pratice with the harder level first
Faster strat for Dracula
For the first 3 rounds, dracula is slow enough to not worried about dying in the middle of the fight.
Actually, Dracula is a bit too slow and it's easy to waste time waiting for him, especially when he bounce all across the screen.
I don't think there is any RNG on Dracula movement, it's all b
