Just as the title says, which category has the most submissions for any game

I also don't wanna count a category from a game like subway surfers no coin or minecraft: legacy console edition leaderboard archives cause those are lame and aren't speedruns

Both of those are speedruns but I get that people aren't always happy with those answers.

Minecraft Java Edition Random Seed 1.16+ Any% has thousands of runs, along with Super Mario Odyssey Any% and Roblox Speed Run 4 5 Levels, but Celeste Any% has even more than all of these contrary to my first thoughts. I haven't used a script to check this so there might be a more contested one, although Celeste also comes up as the most valuable category on speedstats, so presumably a category with more runs would have to be quite unusual in the criteria.
