Fear In Hospital Speed Running Guide

This guide will give you an in depth strategical analysis of the Fear in Hospital Speed-Run.
A walkthrough is not included in this guide as you can easily find one online or just by playing the game. The first time save we can get in the run is by limiting the amount of keys we pick up throughout the run. There are many locked doors throughout the game and you need to unlock them with keys although only 12-13 are required to complete the game depending on strategy. 
The key locations are as follows - 1. On the desk in the storage closet in front of the player when the run starts. 2. In the bottom left drawer of the dresser on top of the right stairs in the first lobby area. 3. In the room with the "tweaking ghost" running in a circle second door on the right in the first hallway, on the bedside table on the left of the room. 4. In the bottom left dresser drawer in the first T junction the player comes to. 5. On the floor at the far end of the electricity control room. 6. On the table in the right room in the basement. 7. In a bookshelf at the top of the right stairs in the second lobby area. *Important note* When you walk through the door at the top of the stairs turn right immediately and go through the vent. 8. Halfway up the stairs on a table with some batteries. 9. On a table in the kitchen of the Red Room. 9. *Optional depending on strat* In the second room on the right after entering sewer. 10. In the room on the left during second sewer section, on a table. 11. In a bathtub on the left of the ramp room. 12. On a desk right after the crouch section. 13. Right next to key 12.
The second time save is picking keys 2 and 4 through the shelves. Simply aim where the key is as if the wall wasn't there and you can just pick up the key.
The third time save is at the elevators. If you walk into the elevators and then walk out immediately the elevator will go down without you simply wait a second or two and then walk into the shaft and as soon as you start falling hold back and you will skip the elevator animations.
