Team For Labyrinths

Party Members - Chief, Menwei, and Aslar.

Both the Chief and Menwei need to have 2 "Regen Mirrors" each - 

Requires Star Fragment x1, Magical Bone x1, and Devildom Twig x1. The recipe is obtained by receiving the "Regen Mirror" in the "Temple of Trials" in the treasure box". Multiply the amounts by 4 to obtain 4 "Regen Mirrors" needed for the Labyrinths.

Both the Chief and Menwei need to have one "Forester Crossbow" - 

To get the "Forester Crossbow" recipe, you need to reach Oasis level 21 which I believe requires 43 residents. There are many steps to getting this crossbow - 

The first step is buying a "Dandelion", another type of crossbow, from a merchant with a blue turban (you should buy two, one for the Chief, and one for Menwei). 

The second step is to make a "Red Angel", another type of crossbow. To get the "Red Angel" recipe, you need to reach oasis level 18 which I believe requires 37 residents. The recipe for the "Red Angel" requires Dandelion x1, Red Balsam x3, and Red Lightsand x3 (double the recipe for two crossbows). 

Finally, once you have two "Red Angels", you should be able to make the "Forester Crossbow". To do this, you need Red Angel x1, Ebony Plank x3, and Green Ballsand x3. Once you finally have two "Forester Crossbows", you can equip them to the Chief and Menwei, along with the two Regen Mirrors each. 

There are two final steps to making sure you have the most powerful team. The first is to make sure The Chief, Menwei, and Aslar, are all level 30. This gives them their best possible stats; however, there is one more thing you can do for Menwei. You can make her bloom booth leveled up to the max which increases her stats even more. Once you have all of these things, your party should be good to go. 

Some final notes, the reason Aslar doesn't have any items on him is that he is a non-seedling resident. Only seedling residents can have their gear changed. Another thing, the reason I am making this guide is that it is based on @syo_dai101000 and their run of the Labyrinths. Since everything is in Japanese, I had to do some digging on what I saw and seemed most logical to make this guide. Hope it helps :)
