Speed
Hey,
It looks like people are running faster in any% speedrun, i was wondering ( well if that's the case first x) ) if it is possible to use this speed in glitchless speedruns, and if that's the case, how can you do it ?
you cant run any faster than normal in the any% speedrun, they're just bunny-hopping to preserve stamina, which is allowed for glitchless speedruns
They probably just have higher FOV so it looks like they're going faster

No Major Glitches rules revamp
No Major Glitches rules were updated to include all disallowed glitches instead of all allowed glitches. Hopefully that makes this category less confusing. Also running with TVs in Level 188 Expanded is allowed with these new rules.
