1. the moment 2nd logo appears (1st one goes after you start the tutorial, then 3-dots loading, then the 2nd one), you can briefly start moving, if you didn't held forward movement before. not sure about the lunge efficency, i doubt it's actually useful.

2. place your cursor right on the top of the textbox, click and briefly move the mouse at the top, then quickly drop it down for another textbox

3. pickup meg at her left side or around her head, hook her, same menus.

4. from now on, the game "remembers" your position of the camera and mouse, and you can manipulate it, more or less. try to not screw up everything by moving around b4 the next textbox appears, place your mouse (after last textbox) in the zone where the next one would appear, two quick taps, quickly reverse and go towards the rock

5. hit meg through the pallet by lunging her the moment she starts to walk towards it, break the pallet, 2nd hit/lunge when meg will be around the big black tree, pick her up, hook her.

6. this time, you'll have to both quickly turn around and skip the dialogue, i found a bunch of setups, but i prefer doing the same strat - just don't fuck up the mouse movements after the last textbox. you can turn your camera towards top left or top right corner to always have your cursor there b4 it appears.
