I've been told that i cant be mod because i dont have any runs yet, how many runs to i have to have if thats the reason why, if not, how can i get mod without asking?

Clash Royale does not need mods right now, stop asking. If they need mods, they will announce it either here or in the Discord. You can apply then, and if you are trusted, you may get added. Just try to do some runs, there is not any set amount, and get involved with the community a bit.
