After dying at the last boss fight for the 15th time, I remembered that the potions actually regenerated health and power constantly. I was avoiding them since I thought they only refilled your health bar once. The final boss becomes way easier with the potions.

Compared to my previous run which was really unoptimized, this time I actually did a decent routing that I think works really good. All boss fights were also pretty good, specially the huntress one which was perfect RNG-wise. The game is already cool enough, but after having spent so much tries trying to get this route to work I really appreciate how well this game is made, and it's a great game for speedrunning.

The time can go lower depending on how willing you are to fight the last boss with less crystals. You can probably skip some of the ones I got in this run, maybe even all of them, tho It would be a very hard fight tho. It already is.
