Ok so I actually played with my current laptop and I'm also pretty sure I played on NinjaKiwi. Things happened meanwhile, I'm pretty sure it's a Flash Player issue, not sure what to say...

So I downloaded both versions and they are actually different versions of the game, I uploaded them for you here:

On newground we have the first file which I believe is an earlier version, infact in the other version there's a button to open "Bloons 2", so they probably changed something on that second version that you can play on NinjaKiwi. But both versions are still official I believe so we should be able to choose the fastest version right?

It's also funny to notice that in the second version you can skip 18 levels because level 18 and 19 are open by default.

I'ts also funny to notice that the second version file with more buttons (NinjaKiwi) is only 504 kB while the first version is 599 kB

Using an older version because it's faster should not be banned, and it's not for many other games. It also doesn't save that much time and u can still get WR with the new version if you really want to. Up to Jumpyluff the final decision.

Maybe a new variable that specifies the version? e.g. minecraft, smo, run 1...

it's bloons dude it's a free for all. run the fastest version. nobody said you have to use the newest version.
