For sure! I always thought it was a bit unfair that people who could click faster or just had a better mouse had an advantage over others.

I agree. If you want to know my strategy, I just hold down on the keypad until the load time starts. But if this doesn't work for you, then an 'autoclicker' of sorts should be added. @speeeedy my only concern is lag, because my computer isn't that fast.
