At the suggestion of @Fallen_Tsu, it has been decided to allow “Character Expansion Sets” in No DLC categories on a trial basis.

This allows the use of Seofon, Tweyen, Sandalphon and Unique Sigil in 1.1.0+ No DLC categories. But the use of items other than Unique Sigil is prohibited.

If there is any affect on existing records, the categories will be separated.
