The Just Kings variant is not required for the Balanced difficulty, however is in every other difficulty. The time starts the frame the first game has started. Your first successful attempt is the game that starts the timer.

I am the 5D Chess with Multiverse Time Travel Standard, White World Record Holder with a time of 3.367 seconds. The run is over a year old and does not follow modern rules. I decided that it is best to remove the run from the leaderboards. The new World Record is my 3.450 second run. It follows modern rules and actually has good quality unlike the past run.
