I don't know if this forum is even still moderated, but I was wondering if using an AHK script to change the time for Metro and to delete lock.txt and heart.txt would be legal in a 100% run.

One more question: if I happen to be unlucky enough that Not To See doesn't happen, can I edit white.ini and make it happen, or is restarting the only way to get a 100% run going?

Hello! I know you're probably surprised that someone is replying so quickly, but here I am. Granted, I am not a moderator, but I can certainly help.

"I was wondering if using an AHK script to change the time for Metro and to delete lock.txt and heart.txt would be legal in a 100% run" Personally, I think that you shouldn't use scripts for a run, but you don't need them anyways as you can just set your folder to read only (right click on folder, click properties, go to security tab, click edit, click deny on write for all profiles) then no files will ever appear in that file anymore (make sure you have the revolver.ini file in that folder already set to 6 before setting folder to read only).

How about the clock? Am I gonna have to do the "predicting the future" bit described in that guide or can I use the script?

It's noted in the guides folder so I assume it's legal, however I haven't seen anyone use them before.

I'm not sure if changing your clock with a script should be legal or not but either way you don't lose time if you don't use a script (as long as your execution is good enough). The "predicting the future" part of my guide is good enough to suffice for a script as you can set your time to the correct time at a point where you can stand still without losing time such as standing in the elevator to station or right after opening door 7. If you're on a 100% run and you can click fast enough, you don't need a script to change the time at the ticket dispenser to get all three due to you being able to predict the future + change the time while the tickets are dispensing.
