With the suggestion from nukecorruption I have changed the rules of each category to have to include video proof if you set a new world record (the current WRs which have no video proof are still valid).

Game isn't that active. Such rule will likely discourage older players that don't care to stream to bother at all

You don't need to stream - installation and setup of OBS is not rocket science & takes less than a single game run, done once. If it's enough to discourage someone, then it wouldn't be much value anyways. If I see a run, I want to see how it went. There's always something to learn, as opposed to "text proof" consisting of name & time.

Furthermore, if I'm reading correctly then this is only for WR runs. Not for 2nd, 3rd place and onwards. Good rule change all together!

yep its only for a new WR, it's "easy" to cheat on a very old game, change the value of a screenshot or in game... And as Paszq said, its very easy to record your game with OBS, and its free, no need to stream.
