Just 2 days after losing the world record in Virtual Hydlide, the founder of emulation archive Zophar's Domain took the "Random Seed, All Dungeons, emulated" World Record back in the early hours of March 30th, 2025... and then improved it less than an hour later!

This infamous RPG was played on Retroarch's Beetle Saturn core (v 1.17.0 emulator / v1.29.0 core) using the US release of the game. The overworld map was far from optimal and the volcano in particular was pretty nasty, but we managed to capitalize on the good RNG that we did have from this random seed. Want to join the party?
