The new support hub sucks, there is no true ticketing system your request is just tossed into a pile somewhere and you have no way to check back up on it like I did with the forum threads. Super annoying

2/23/2021: As of right now, the best and easiest way to get everything up and running left us with a few categories that have empty subcategories due to solo only. This could change in the future, but requires an absolute ton of work to do.

The new mod team has put in a ton of hours fixing up the board to reflect the current state of the game. It is not perfect and likely never will be, but we will continue to actively moderate and improve it as best we can. I am going to create a new sticky thread with current issues/advice and you can post suggestions there or join the discord :)

I am a mod on the Dauntless speedrunning board and I am requesting removal of inactive supermods ItzMrBlox and Catt, they are both inactive and not responding to outside contact to me or our other mods including @Frazz our only active supermod and @Ronin_Mike93, another of our mods. Is there any way we can get them removed?

edit: we have discussed further, can I also be added as supermod and have @JoostGames added as a verifier mod? @Ronin is our other mod and all of us agree on this but cannot do it ourselves. @Frazz has been very helpful but is busy for the foreseeable future and can't help us further, so we currently have no access to add/change mods etc

A few of us including the verifier mod Ronin have had discussions in the discord (which none of you are present in) and we would like the leaderboard updated to reflect the new state of the game, but you have each been offline for 2, 3, and 8 months. We want to give you a chance to help us keep the board updated so that people can run the game, so reply here asap. If we don't hear anything by the time the last moderator reaches 3 months inactive, we will put in the request to remove all of you and install fresh moderators. Pls respond :)
