Hi Tateha, the mods and other runners have been discussing the next steps for reevaluating the rules surrounding turbo in the Discord server. You are more than welcome to take part in the conversation and express any concerns if you would like, as we want to reach a decision that accounts for all the active runners' opinions.

It is likely that a decision will be made soon, especially with the 1-year anniversary of the leaderboards (and game) around the corner. Thank you for your understanding and for raising this concern!

ggs! The Guider quit out/save transfer glitch you're referring to, and any other major glitches discovered in the future are allowed in unrestricted, but how the rules will enforce the usage of them will likely be assessed individually per the specific glitch.

Separately, IGT isn't used for The World Flower runs due to its being buggy and inaccurate.

With this change, it would seem that there's not much incentive to running Advanced, since runs submitted under Normal would supersede them. Is this what was intended?
