Colorado, USAif you have access to a computer, either desktop or laptop, you can transfer the mobile photo/video via usb or email, and upload through youtube studio. if you dont have any method of uploading full videos via youtube or another video sharing site then im not sure what else you could do
yes, when you go into the "submit run" area there will be a section where you have to embed the video link
make sure you follow the video rules:
The video link MUST embed on the run page (e.g. no URL shorteners or sketchy file sharing sites)
as crab says here, 16 star is really any% no sblj. just as sblj is not required for 1/0 star, mips is not required for 16 star. in my opinion, it would be logical to move 16 to category extensions with 31 star
the 16 star rules also say to beat the game. cant do that without the 30 star door and therefore mips. your focus on the absent means you purposfully ignore the present. the 70 star question is a good one tho

damageless (already an idea), blindfolded, all areas, and speedrun trick consistency like thick, kitchen, or snow. get the mps called on ya. every onscreen text. kill a friendly. and low hanging fruit like kill an enemy, kill the spy, equip every item, die etc
Title. Due to the limited processing power of the Nintendo 64, i propose that only IGT (In-game time) be used when timing speedruns. this is partly due to escort behavior (looking at you shrap) when in high lag enviroments. please leave your thoughts on this thread.
lol its been 5 years but if you are still interested, pressing all 4 "C" buttons (the yellow ones) at the same time self destructs the tank, ending the bonus level.
