I've just re-watched this, must've been a YT problem at the time of OP because that "jump cut" doesn't even happen.
There is a pretty significant jump cut near the end of the lap. I wouldn't have verified this because of that imo. Good job though regardless.
The game rules state that no game modifications are allowed. Does this include running the game above 30fps in RPCS3? I've done that in past runs before this rule existed (at least to my knowledge). If so I'll stick to 30fps during runs.
I've tried finding OOB glitches but also been unsuccessful I saw a bit near the beginning that looked promising but I just couldn't get enough height to trigger the walk run.
I've not had the issue with launching downwards yet, that's new to me.
I'm not too sure myself, generally what I do though is wait just a second before sliding again to try preventing it, if you do it too quickly you'll just crouch and if you jump too quickly after doing it you get stuck in mid-air. I can do a bit of testing to try get an understanding of how it works.
Yes, I retimed it.... now I gotta beat it ;)
Enemies on casual don't react as much to the player and they do less damage so once again it should be a separate category (I'm talking about both Ops and PvE regions). I hope something is done about this at some point.
I think difficulties should be separate categories like the GW1 and GW2 speedruns. Because of the current rule of "any difficulty is fine" it completely makes anything other than Casual pointless. What if someone wanted to do a Crazy Ops? They'd never get world record because the record would already be held by someone who just used Casual. I suggest that you guys make separate categories for difficulty.
