so i descovered 4 more skips one in dawnvessel and three in duskprism
the one in dawn vessel is conviniently located in the first room and skips haveing to get the battery to unlock the door the way you skip it is by flying out of bounds through a forgoten pice of colision that you find by going under the right side of the structure surrounding the gate. allowing you to fly directly into the main room, however because of the way we entered the main room the game get's confused and dosn't load archeologist in and therefor we would have to fly back to get the piano. but i found a workarround wich is instead of entering the room directly we enter the corridor leading up to the room and break the wall this loads archeologis in correctly but we still have to watch the cutscene telling us this is dawnvessel. my workarround to that is we diectly enter the main room and then fly from the inside into the corridor for a little while to make the game think we are in the corridor and it needs to load archeologis in but because we don't break the wall at the end the cutscene dosn't play.
the firsrt one i found in duskprism is about compleating the section with the many switches faster. the way you would comleate the room normally is by activationg the first 6 switches raising a launcher that makes the gate drop then you activate another 10 switches to raise 2 more launchers to activate lower a corridor to collect a lot of wind. the (hopfully) faster way i found to compleate the section is by first flying through a tiny gap in the gate that is located in the top right, then activateing the 10 switches to raise the launchers, however the game puts you at the wrong side of the gate to activate the tubes so you just fly back arround to get to the tubes. luckily the game is smart enogh to lower the gate and the tube at the same time.
the second skip i found in duskprism is in the "reactor room". the intended way to finisch that section is by first activateing 6 switches to raise the "reactor" to fly underneath it and get to 2 launchers in a side corridor to open a gate at the botto mof the reactor and get to the 2 lainchers in the reactor to get the "cores" the reactor then lowers again revealing a path to get back to the main room. the way i found was bi flying in where usually the exit of the side corridor is but ifouund out that the pice of geometry the devs put over it to cover the exit isn't solid at all so you can just fly throug it turn arround and activate the 2 launchers to open the bottom of the reactor without activateing the 6 switches, however the reactor is still in the lowered position so you have to fly back through the corridor to activate the 2 launchers in the reactor, and because the top didn't fully open you either have to fly back to get the "cores" or hope you get thjroug the gap in the top hatch. then after you get the cores you still can't get out so you need to flip the 6 switches anyways but this has the funny side effect of playing all animations at once. the path then opens and you can get back to the main room.
the third skip is for the last bit of the puzzle wich is after the first two sections after the fog disolves allowing you to get to the third section, the intended way is to go through the corridor into an underwater section to a verry talkatve monkey , then you need to flip 6 switches and fly through a launcher to get to the next room, then you fly throug another 3 launchers then 3 doors open and you can get the last core. the way i found skips the underwater section and the talkative monkey, it works by exploiting another forgotten pice of collision , you can get to it by instead of flying into the corridor you fly alongside it and you are out of bounds then you fly into the room with the talkative monkey but not into the bubble that makes you talk to him , you instead just activet ethe 6 switches and fly through the laincher and do the rest of the section normally.
unfortunatly i haven't found anything interesting in narrow sky exept a softlock that happens if you mess up chaseing the last butterfly to it's aquarium, because if it puffs into smoke the game get's confused and the whisp .despawns if you try to chase it to it's aquarium and if that happens the run is dead.
so i found 2 glitches on the pc version of the game, so not shuire if they work on console.

the first glitch i found might help with flying faster basicaly if you crash into something the game gives you a speed boost and you maintain speed when drifting so if you crash while drifting it shoots you into the direction you are pointing and this can be faster then regular flight. this also works with the surface of water.

there is a pice of colision the devs forgot to put in, so you can just go out of bounds and cruise arround as a submarine and you can even enter the green "gate" without visiting the previous 2 demigods.
sadly i am not good at the game but i'll give a speedrun a try.
update: i did a practice run and with my sloppy flying i finished the game in under an houer
