If you see monsters, that mean my RECORDING is not good; If you don't see monsters, that mean my PLAY is not good.

Its starting the game w/ Nomo... It's recording too... But when I watch e1nomo0001.lmp, monsters are there lolll

Hi guys!

I noticed that when I watch my NOMO's demos, monster appeared (seems to be ITYTD monster pattern)... but not when I'm playing tho, only when I watch my demo afterwards. So off course, I hit a monster on the replay then hit the wall (and eventually die).

So I start a game on NOMO, record the run and when I watch it, monsters are in the map and interfere with my DoomGuy

Any idea for this issue?

Man, that happen...

Usually modo's are cool and they will send you a message when you post in the wrong section or if the run didn't meet the rules.

Don't worry, the Doom Speedrun's community is one of the best ;)

I wondered if I'm the only one in this situation.

Currently, I am breaking my records and moving up the rankings for Doom E1 ITYTD. At the beginning, I watched my runs and I was happy... But since the Top10, every time I watch the replays of my runs, I only see my mistakes; I no longer have fun watching them... I still have fun DOING the runs, but watching them "frustrates" me.

Am I the only one in this situation or is it something common with SpeedRunning?
