Is there a rhyme or reason to when you hit A to stop the screen wobble? I swear on my life it feels like 1-1, 1-3, 3-1, 3-2 all have different timings for when it works. Am I just crazy? I got a 39.55 about 200 attempts ago, and I am finally taking a break for the night, I cannot keep banging my head against the wall like this without asking for someone else's thoughts.
I am now seeing that cupps and vedro helped with this so I'm probably the only one who hasn't seen this lmfao
yoooooo, okay, so I've been watching this and I saw that the tas does some of the slip locks different.
I tried a couple times for the Royal Tower level, but could never make it past the last lock.
London Subway has to do a full down and then back up, so it's not any faster than our way.
Trying it out on Golden City, I actually managed to do it a couple times. It's definitely possible by hand, but the problem is (at least for me) that mashing hard enough to get it doesn't give you enough time to correct yourself if you fail it. So it's either success or time loss. Not sure if it's worth.
Just saw this for the first time, wasn't sure if anyone else had seen it, thought I'd share here. Looks really cool!
I don't have a good reason why, but my menuing just seems to be a lot slower than everyone else's. Is there something special I need to be doing? (Also please approve my runs ?)
Glitches and manipulation are not allowed within 100%. Should more manipulation be found, we will most likely just make a glitch %. For now, we know the following, and it is restricted from runs:
Billboards - RR1 saves named accounts and billboards as physical files. Deleting the named account without deleting the billboards will cause any account created with the same name to draw up the previous billboard files. (i.e. If you name your character Amy, complete billboards, delete the file Amy, then create a new character named Amy, the billboards from the first account named Amy will still remain and the game will consider these complete.)
The only run on this board is labeled as 'emu', but I want to know which emulators are actually allowed for a run to be approved.
