if that is the case then what would be stopping me from putting all of my runs on private from the leaderboards that i moderate? i could easily do this in a matter of minutes.
also, my point is that i can run this game without it being segmented. the super mod of the series obviously could not. i feel that him being given an entire series just because he submitted a segmented run is poor distribution of power because look what happened to the blade II leaderboard.

For you to say that i am misinformed assumes that i was given information about this from someone. all i have to do to prove what i said is correct is simply link the megaman and donkeykong country leaderboards here. the text is as clear as day as soon as anyone goes to the leaderboard there is a link to another website. it is a fact. what is also a fact is that an SR user cannot post a run to these leaderboards. you calling this silly is what i call sweeping problems under the rug.

i have a right to choose where i post my runs. my reasons for who i choose are my business. also, you stating that it is my only reason for being here is an assumption.
also the reasons i speedrun are no one elses business or concern but mine.
yes spidersponge, i have contacted him directly on his twitter. basically he claimed that no one knows how to handle it. if he doesnt know how to handle it then why is he super mod. he is the mod that put the run there to begin with, also he is the only super mod.
no komradekontroll. my post belongs here because the root of the problem is that segmented runs are somehow acceptable for new leaderboards. this is a series/game request problem as i have stated earlier.
i would like to run the master system version but i only see a category for NES.
what steps need to be taken to remove a run that has no video evidence? the super mod of contra the alien wars put the time on the leaderboard that is not attached to a profile. the run is not viewable for whatever reason. i have posted about this in the game's forum but was not responded to by any of the mods even though they have been online since then. https://www.speedrun.com/contrathealienwars
a series/game request should be denied if someone submits a segmented run of the game. the reason i feel that this is a problem is because the series mod for the blade series has turned the blade II leaderboard into an un-runnable leaderboard with garbage full game categories. the current full game categories are: segmented, NG+, and cheat%. i just want to run the game normally but there isnt a category that supports this. the segmented category is being show cased which is ridiculous. on top of that, the rules for the level leader board states that only PAL can be submitted yet the leaderboard goes off of IGT so it shouldnt matter what frame rate is being used. this leaderboard is complete trash. there needs to be a rule set in place that states that segmented runs cannot be used to submit for new series or game requests. i feel like this will help with making leaderboards worth running. i was going to run blade 2 but now i dont even want to anymore.

ok i wasnt aware that there was other multi carts other than the 6-pack that had super hang-on on it.
me and kusanagi are splitting the super hang-on leader board into 2. one for arcade and one for genesis. this transition is going to take some time so you will see a mess until then
if it runs faster than original hardware then it will be rejected if submitted to original mode, regardless if its an emulator issue or not.
i would like to request moderation for golden axe II. https://www.speedrun.com/Golden_Axe_II i am a mod for golden axe 1 and 3 and the current mod for 2 is not verifying runs and has a run that has been sitting in cue for over a month. i have contacted him and posted in the forums but have not gotten a response in over a month even though he has been online multiple times since then.
i timed it to start on character control (barbie's first movement) and ended the time when the circle button is pressed to start the final fireworks/lights/water show at the end of the game, since this is the last thing that the player must do to complete the game and view the final cutscene. if you want, i can re-time my run to when new game is selected instead. however; this will make the time slower.
