I want to address this situation here because I want to speedrun this game on either Emulator or in the N64, but I recently discovered that Project64 versions 1.6 and 1.7 are dangerous. It was recently discovered by Kaze that this version of Project64 can get you hacked.

I think I should announce this for also Super Mario 64 Speedrunners and other N64 games that use this version of Project64, so I think this might be a huge change for speedrunning that people should now use Project64 newer than the 1.7 version. You can also use Mupen64Plus and a new emulator called Parallel Launcher.

I am not forcing the moderators to do this immediately, I just want to address this if they have a choice to do so. And also I want to be helpful to the speedrunning community. If this helps, do not give me the credit, all the credit goes to Kaze for addressing this situation first.
