Simple question : would my run be valid if I run the game with the stutter patch ?

I know the 4Gb patch preventing crash is allowed (also mandatory, for it would severely ruin a run), but would a patch that makes the game smoother (especially the cam stuttering) be allowed for runs ?

One last point : i'm totally for the creating of a community discord server :D
