is a speedrun out of bound if we are out for a sec and then get back inbounds

Today we added a new category: Jumpless! It's in the miscellaneous section of the leaderboards (click the arrow right above the "Submit Run" button!) Check the leaderboards for world records to learn (I'm not sure if I will add jumpless to the speedrun guide yet).
