Why Is The TItle Screen Required?

It's pretty simple actually. It prevents cheating. Basically, "cheating" would mean moving before the run starts to gain an unfair advantage. This is why title screen is required. It just helps moderators make sure no one is cheating so everyone can enjoy The Baby In Yellow.
