Run using Nestopia v1.4.4, with a Wii Guitar Hero guitar as the controller.

The strum bar controls left and right, 1st fret is Up 2nd fret is A, (rotate tetrad) 3rd fret is B, (rotate tetrad) 4th fret is Down (drop) 5th fret is not used.

Select is the wide Star Power button and Start is the tiny + button next to it.

Level 12 is about the limit of what I can do on a Guitar Hero controller, and it seems like the way to get fastest times here and minimize having to press down to drop pieces is to start on the highest level you can handle. Maybe improvable if I learn how to properly rotate using both the 2nd and 3rd frets (A and B respectively).
