This boss is easy and can be done quickly, but also he's buggy. The Start is to move into any direction until a thowable was found. Wait until Tom spawns and fire it. After the hit, check in which direction Tom moves. Walk in the other direction. Repeat this steps, but beware some bugs:

1. Sometimes you hit him, but it don't decreases HP.

2. Hitting is sometimes hard and does'nt count as hit

3. After you hit Tom and you move in the same direction as Tom want's to disappear, he will despawn extremly slow.
