Unrestricted Campaign categories!

You're now very welcome to speedrun the campaigns using the Bug DLC and all previously restricted units like the Present Elf in their own category. Although, totally custom units made with the unit creator are still prohibited, given they will in all likelihood defeat the point of a leaderboard and lead to further problems.

Load Remover
Thanks to the efforts of Streetbackguy and CGF, we can now remove the loading screen time from all categories on the boards.
This will not be required for runs to be valid, however, if it isn't used the run time will be the same as it always has been, where the Load-Removed Time column has the
