70 Star, in any state, (including green stars), collect any 70 stars and defeat bowser. Yellow or green stars may be collected in any order.

I agree with silver, seems unnecessary for the main board. Maybe it has a shred of life on the category extension board but even them that’s slim chances
It seems very awkward and arbitrary to me, just “do random ILs then do bowser” is a messy category imo
I found that beating the game all at once is TOO MUCH HOURS. It's literally impossible for me to do it. The rules seem too strict for me. If I just submit just one run with no video, all runs I submit will be terminated, even with video evidence. So there is a 0% chance I will submit my runs. I will suffer time-losses throughout.
Probably not any%, but 122 (normal stars), green stars and all stars could be done for world RTA "all worlds". I would be happy to race any of these.
