OG Trio moved to extensions + update for Wii IL rules

The Original Trio category has been moved to the categoy extensions page, and a further clarification has been added to the retiming of ILs on Wii. In cases where the "continue" button appears before the star menus start rolling in, time to the first frame where BOTH the continue button and star screen are visible.

After suggestions from the community, we have HD speedruns of this game to a . HD categories here will be archived, hidden from public view. Please submit future runs on those consoles to the new board! Wii/WiiU is unaffected.
